In a mysterious and surreal interzones somewhere between Tehran and Winnipeg, the lives of many characters are intertwined in surprising and mysterious ways. The main children of Negin and Nazgol find a sum of frozen money through the winter ice and try to claim it. Meanwhile, Masud leads a group of tourists increasing by the historical monuments and places in Winnipeg. Matthew gives up his meaningless work at the Quebeco government office and leaves a mysterious journey to visit his mother.
